Shipment

The shipping costs are calculated per order/delivery depending on the order total plus 5% delivery costs. This price only applies to national deliveries and only to an address within Germany. Due to their size and bulkiness, we usually ship the furniture via freight forwarding. If the size and condition allow it, we also send smaller orders via parcel service.

parcel service
The ordered goods will be delivered by parcel service. If there are several packages, separate partial deliveries may occur. You will receive the tracking number(s) in a separate email with the invoice.

freight forwarding
Delivery "free curbside". The freight forwarder delivers the ordered goods on pallet(s) to the curb. Additional services such as removal to the place of use, assembly or disposal of packaging material / shipping pallets are not included here. It must be ensured that pallets can be unloaded on site. You will be notified of the delivery in advance by telephone - we ask that you be on site on the notified date. The delivery is made with a pallet truck and a truck with a lifting platform.

If a delivery cannot be made despite notification due to your absence or special delivery difficulties,
possible, the costs for a new delivery will be invoiced.

Pick up at the warehouse in Denkendorf
If you pick up your order from our warehouse, there are no shipping costs. We will contact you when the products are ready for collection. Products in stock are usually ready for collection within 2-3 working days - any different delivery times on the product page must be observed and are still valid.
